Tech Support - cansat - 2025-05-27

HI folks,

I have an interesting issue that I cannot seem to resolve. I've posted the log information that shows up at the below of this post.

My TV is a TCL QM7 with Google TV. My server and Jellyfin program on the TV are both up to date. I can sometimes watch a few episodes of a show, but then randomly it will just stop working and be a black screen where nothing happens. 

I cant tell if anything in the logs is going wrong, but on the Dashboard nothing looks strange. Help, please!

Can you also post the media info (Video, Audio, and Subtitles)? Easiest to copy and paste from the mobile app if you have it. You can find it by navigating to the episode, pressing the 3 dot menu, and selecting "Media Info".

No FFmpeg log?
