Wrong metadata and unable to change source ID - Antonbp5 - 2025-06-18
Hey all!
I just added band of brothers to my JF server, but it seems to pull the wrong metadata from the TVDB for one of the specials even though the naming is correct.
I tried to just manually change the Source Metadata ID, but then when I refresh the metadata it overwrites it and I am back to square one.
I am not sure why it is taking the wrong metadata, and I understand even less why it is overwriting the ID that I have manually set, as I have not experienced it before.
Helpful info:
Windows 11 home, connected to a NAS.
path: Z:\JellyFin Media\Shows\Band of Brothers (2001)\Season 0\S00e03.mkv
The assigned TVDB ID: 3705061
The TVDB ID it should get: 333159
So it is taking metadata from S00E04 and is putting it on S00E03, and I can't make it stop.
Has anyone experienced this or have some pointers as to what is wrong?

Oh wow I am a big idiot. I completely forgot to mention that it is a specific episode and not the whole show. My bad!
