Is there any way at all to stream my jellyfin media on my playstation 5?
Maybe through some other app?

From the minimal amount of seraching I have done it does not appear that there's a way to stream Jellyfin to the PlayStation 5. It looks like Sony wants a lot of money to allow an app on their story and they are currently not interested in having anymore media apps.
