Jellyfin doesn't see sub-subfolders - Drahnyn - 2025-06-30

On my Windows 11 Pro computer there is a folder called @media. My Hisense Roku tv sees that folder just fine. The tv sees the top folder, and all the folders directly in there, but the tv does not see two levels down. For clarity, if I have the hierarchy of @media>dinosaurs>chompers, the tv app does not see the chompers folder.
Is there an option somewhere that I am missing? Is this beyond the capability of Jellyfin?

You can enable a folder view if that's your jam. If you want the nice interface, you must follow the documentation's guidelines for naming and organization. Presently, that means no sub-subfolders.

Movie [imdbid-12345] > Movie File.mkv
TV Show [tvdbid-12345] > Season 01 > TV Show S01E01.mkv
