I wanted something simpler, mobile-friendly, and directly connected to Jellyfinβs API. So I built JellyWatch, a modern Android app that lets you monitor and manage one or more Jellyfin servers in real time, right from your phone β without needing extra plugins or third-party tools. --- π― Why this app? The goal is to: > Get complete, real-time insight into my Jellyfin server (sessions, users, devices, libraries, logs, etc.) β without relying on external services or custom scripts. --- βοΈ Main Features π Server Management Add and manage multiple Jellyfin servers Secure login with encrypted credential storage Automatic connection testing + smart active server selection Real-time server status indicators βΆοΈ Session Monitoring Live display of active sessions (user, media, playback, device) Animated progress bar for ongoing playback π€ User Management Full list of users with roles, permissions, avatars Enable, edit, or remove users Admin and inactive status indicators π± Connected Devices List devices with IP, app type, version, and last activity Remove inactive or obsolete devices ποΈ Media Libraries Statistics by type: movies, shows, music, etc. Item count, last update, filters, search Manual metadata refresh π οΈ Scheduled Tasks Start/stop Jellyfin system tasks Execution history and current status Filter by task type and result π₯οΈ System Info Technical details: Jellyfin version, OS, CPU, RAM, storage Network status and component health Update availability alerts π Activity Logs View logs by type: playback, login, errors, tasks Fast search and filtering Export or share logs 𧩠Android Widget Overview of sessions, users, and devices Auto-refresh every 15 minutes or on demand One-tap app launch Light/dark theme support βοΈ App Settings Theme selection: light, dark, or system Update frequency controls Notification and advanced options --- β Why use JellyWatch?
