Problem create Account macOS - seblepape - 2025-07-20
Hello everybody,
First i am sorry for my poor english.
Here is the problem, i am on macOS and wanted to try Jellyfin instead of Plex. So i've donwloaded the jellybin app, i've installed it and choose my movies and TV series folders, i finish the auto install.
When i launch Jellyfin, i need to fill my username and password, but... i've never created any username and password. I don't know how it's possible.. At first i was wondering if i just forgot it so i tried all possible combinaisons and nothing works. I've only fill my e-mail and choose a passowrd but nothing works.
Maybe someone knows how to fix the problem. I've search on internet during hours but didn't find any solution. I've seen many people who have same issue but they are on Windows or Linux OS
I am on macOS 15.5
