How do you structure the directories with books that has multiple authors, is it first author only, comma seperated or?

Followup, what do you do when you have multiple file formats for the same book? I have both EPUB and PDF files for many of my books.

Book support is a very neglected feature of Jellyfin. You'll most likely need to experiment with the folder and naming structure.
