Remote Access Extremely Slow - duff89 - 2025-07-27 Hi, I'm on 10.10.7, docker container into a Ugreen NAS DXP4800Plus, Intel Pentium Gold 8505 8GB RAM. I've my library on the HDD (with 1TB NVME cache) and the docker container running on an NVME. i have setup also transcoding according to Ugreen indication and to other threads in this forum, I've checked with "intel_gpu_top" that the GPU is effectively rendering the video. On my local LAN everything is fine, I can reproduce any video without issues. When I access remotely everything is very very slow. My network setup: NAS -> 100Mbps UPlink MacbookPro Chrome Client <- 100Mbps Down I've also deployed librespeed docker container on the nas and measured the speed point to point and the client has ~80Mbps of bandwidth from the NAS. I've tested 2 different remote access methods: -Tailscale -Cloudflare tunnel They both provide access but there is no difference in the result: always unusable, minutes to load and buffer. The video that I'm using to test is a pretty heavy HVEC 4k DJI Drone original footage. Can you help me to troubleshoot? Find in attachement logs. |
