Jellyfin will not start correctly within Unraid Docker after rebuild - meshkec - 2025-07-28
Dear Forum -
Wanted to reach out and ask the forum how to correct the following errors that are appearing within the Jellyfin log when I start up the Docker instance:
DEBG 'jellyfin' stdout output:
[INF] [4] Jellyfin.Api.Auth.CustomAuthenticationHandler: CustomAuthentication was not authenticated. Failure message: Invalid token.
[INF] [4] Jellyfin.Api.Auth.CustomAuthenticationHandler: AuthenticationScheme: CustomAuthentication was challenged.
Needed to rebuild the installation, and now the application will not start up correctly within the Docker container.
I have completely reinstalled the application by removing the config, container, and appdata files; the error still appears after the reinstallation.
OS: Unraid within Docker container
App: arch-jellyfin 10.10.7-1-01
Any guidance regarding how to resolve this would be appreciated.
