Problem login into Windows 10 server - Joe Shelby - 2025-07-30
Hello,
I need help login into windows 10 Jellyfin server (v10.10.7) from Onn Streaming box (Android). When I try to log into the server, there is a message "We coundn't find any accounts!" "Add a new account by pressing the Add account button". I have checked the windows firewall settings and they are allowing connections for Jellyfin in private environment. It appears to find the server because I can see the name but can't find any accounts. I have 2 accounts set up, 1 admin and 1 user account. I tried another device (Nvidia Shield) with the same results. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
EDIT: Figured it out. Had to add user through quick connect procedure.
