Keep startup Console view window open? - guthrie - 2025-08-06
I did a new install on a windows-11 laptop, all seems generally good.
When I then did the browser initial login and it did the setup, it opened a Console View window which reported many pages of stuff, ending with: Setup finished and running (or similar).
The tray icon is currently shown.
Do I need to keep that window open for the server to stay open and running?

No. Jellyfin runs in the background and that is just a status page during startup.
