Hi,
Can Jellyfin serve files or stream media out over wifi or bluetooth?
I know this is prolly laid out clearly somewhere, but everytthing i search for just leads me to info about connecting jellyfin to access content over wirelss to pull it in for streaming.

Yes, you can access a Jellyfin server via wifi, including streaming media from it. Locally it's super easy, remotely, it depends on how you want to set it up. You can even access and stream from cell data if your signal is strong enough.
