Most/All movies look grainy - brownknight97 - 2025-08-15
Hi all! For whatever reason, my movies have this super grainy texture and i'm not sure why. This is the case on infuse and on jellyfin browser. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like. I am watching on a 4K display (Dell Aw32 4k OLED) but the case is the same on my apple TV connected to my LG B4. I am not sure if "grainy" is the right way to describe it, noisy maybe? It feels like around lighter colors or really anything there is a "noise". Is it the quality of my download? Or something else? What does it look like when watching from the disc is it the same?
Film grain is normal when watching anything in HD.
