how to disable totally trascondig - pindaroli - 2025-08-18
Hi,
- I installed 10.10.7 version con Kubernetes.
- My clients are Pad,desktop, cellular. when i use VLC i can connect directly samba share end reproduce directly with no transcoding problem.
- I don't have GPU on server and IGUP sucks a lot (ryzen 7450hx)
Can I stream directly bypassing totally transcoding (as samba do)?

My friend had the same chip and encoding to H265 worked pretty well on it quality wise (not sure about speed). I'd give it another try and just try to avoid encoding to H264 where the quality isnt as good.
