I have recently acquired my TerraMaster F4-424 NAS, and I am unfamiliar with how to install and uninstall apps. I am gradually understanding more. In the meantime, while testing to make Jellyfin work, I forgot the username and password, and it does not allow me to reset it, showing me this message: 'I forgot my password. Please try again within your local network to begin the password reset process.' The issue is that in this system, it’s not as easy to access the app files as it is in others. Can you help me? If possible, I would like to erase everything and start over. Is it possible through terminal commands? Please help. I want to clarify that it is the version from the TerraMaster store, not Locker.
