New files to existing folders not automatically being imported to the library - user5754 - 2025-08-25
I had jellyfin setup and all working well, but just changed over to having everything in docker containers. Everything works well except new media for an existing show isn't showing up. It looks like if I add a whole new series that shows, but a new episode for an existing series does not. If I re-scan media libraries they will show, but in the past jellyfin would add files automatically. Am I missing something? I definitely have the "Enable real time monitoring" option ticked.

I have looked into this more, is this the culprit?
