Connectivity Issues - SkeletorPanda - 2025-08-28
Hello, my first post here because I feel like I'm all out of options. I cannot for the life of me get connected to my jellyfin server on my local machine via Tailscale.
if I ping my tailscale machines they can connect but when I try to connect to my server via it, it fails. So the machines on the network can connect via the local ip but nothing can connect via tailscale assigned ip's. My firewall seems okay but I'm not tech savvy enough to confirm what I'm even looking at. I see a lot of green ticks by the jellyfin server and the tailscale-in, turning the firewall off also does not help, so I need all the help I can get!

Do your logs have any information about attempted connections? Do the devices trying to connect via tailscale provide any errors?
