Only seeing 1 item in each library - joedborg - 2025-09-02

I've seen multiple threads with the same symptom but I can't see any fix in those.  Symptom is that I can only see 1 item in each library.  When I click "Rescan", I can see everything getting scanned in the logs and I can see "Metadata Manager" populate with everything expected, however only 1 thing shows in each individual library.
