Android app only respects bitrate limit on internet for music, not video - Berengal - 2025-09-03

I have set the android app up with bitrate limits for both video and audio when on the internet, however it's only respected when playing music. Manually changing the bitrate of videos works as it should, there's nothing wrong with the actual transcoding. It also initiates transcoding automatically when playing a non-supported format, but it still doesn't respect the bitrate limit.

When playing music it explicitly says in the dashboard that the stream is transcoding because of bitrate limitations. With debug logging on there's also an entry about the bitrate exceeding the limit when starting the music, but nothing for the video.
