Jellyfin and Synology - mosan81 - 2025-09-04
I've just installed Jellyfin through SynoCommunity. I'm unable to add library paths of my existing media files. I've followed a few web guides on the overall install/setup process and I'm seeing that, for some reason, the install did not create user profiles for sc-ffmpeg and sc-jellyfin. I'm pretty much stuck at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
I should add that I've uninstalled/reinstalled the Jellyfin community app and have the same results.
