TV guide timeline not advancing - Eumel - 2025-09-11
Hi,
Jellyfin Server on Win11, Client is another Win11 machine with Jellyfin Media Player and on TV with apk (Google TV 4K). All latest versions. TV setup via M3U and XML file for EPG. Works flawless apart one minor thing. Maybe you can help me what I am doing wrong.
When I click on a TV broadcast on a channel (happens on any channel) let's say at 1 pm, TV starts fine, I watch then for an hour and hit the back button, the display of the EPG timeline remains like it's still 1 pm, so it does not advance or move to the 2 pm marker. I hope this is somehow understandable. I have to go to the main screen and re-enter the TV section so that the display of the EPG data and timeline fits again (to 2 pm). Like a kind of reload.
Can this be somehow avoided or did I miss any switch in some settings?
