I installed the jellyfin app on truenas and cannot get movies to show up. I thought that it may be a permissions problem, but this does not appear the case. This is the shell from inside the container:
$ ls -l /media/movies
total 25
drwxrwxrw- 2 568 3000 3 Sep 14 17:49 Alexander_Hamilton
$ ls -l /media/movies/Alexander_Hamilton
total 12673
-rwxrwxrw- 1 568 3000 12968643 Apr 29 2016 Alexander_Hamilton.mp4
$ whoami
whoami: cannot find name for user ID 568
Is there a way to debug jellyfin somehow? I do not understand why my movie collection remains empty
