TV show folder with tons of extras - Can I stop metadata from being pulled? - littledipper - 2025-09-20 I have a few shows ripped from blueray with tons of little extra features. Breaking Bad, for example, has about 200 small extra features, most of which are not easily catagorized into "behind the scenes" and are certainly not available on databases to pull down accurate metadata. I've tried importing them a few ways, and I'm at a loss. Is it possible to have a folder for these for which Jellyfin will just leave them alone, and display them according to their file structure / filename? For example, Season 2 has over 50 little videos with interviews, deleted scenes, a music video, "cop talk" etc. Jellyfin shows 20 copies of a single "special." Otherwise, I'm just going to have to pull out all the little extras and store them outside jellyfin. You can also add suffixes to the name instead of adding to folders: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/movies#file-suffix |
