My computer with i7 quad processor has been generating trickplay images for three days straight and only about a dozen movies out of 300 have generated trickplay images. I might just forget about this unless I am doing something wrong? Enable "only generate images from keyframes" in the dashboard > playback > trickplay settings. The slightly reduced timing accuracy is not very noticeable, in my opinion. 2. Setup hardware acceleration, then check the box for "Enable hardware decoding" in server dashboard > playback > Trickplay. |
