Not loading subtitles - cgmds - 2025-10-05
I'm watching a tv show.
All episodes are enlgish spoken and I have the srt files for subtitles in spanish.
I watched the first episodes, subtitles are displayed without issues.
Then I tried to watch episode 2 but subtitles are not displayed at all ...
If I open the video with VLC subtitles are displayed automatically without issues.
I checked the content of the srt files and of course it's ok, otherwise woudln't be displayed by VLC.
One thing I noticed is the icon CC is not being displayed for the episode. However for the first episode, yes, the icon is being displayed.
I don´t understand why JellyFin it´s not able to load the subtitules, neither the CC is being showed ...
What could be wrong?

edit: I tried forcing subtitulos, draging and dropping the srt files but it didn't worked, same result: no subtitles displayed and the CC icon is not being displayed when playing the episode
