Move subtitle files from ProgramData\...\subtitles folder - Jelly1313 - 2025-10-10 I want to move all the subtitle files from my ProgramData\...\subtitles folder, located on my C:\ SSD, to each media 's folders, where disk space is not an issue and also easier to manage the subs. I run my Jellyfin server on a Win 10 PC. The " C:\ProgramData\jellyfin\server\\data\subtitles\" folder is almost 50gb, and over 45,000 files. A lot of em are .ass & .sub files that are over 50MB. I also removed the "Subtitle Extract for Jellyfin Plugin", thinking this might be the culprit. RE: Move subtitle files from ProgramData\...\subtitles folder - theguymadmax - 2025-10-10 Migrating subtitles next to media is not possible using Jellyfin. There should be better cleanup of files in the upcoming 10.11 release. |
