Is it possible to populate jellyfin music metadata if music files have no embedded metadata because i use alot of hardlinks?

There have been a lot of views for this query and no replies so maybe my question has not been understood?
I would like to create album.nfo, Artist.nfo files to use in jellyfin, so I don't need to put metadata into music files.
I know somehow you can get jellyfish to generate .nfo files but I have not got a clue how to do that?
Reason for this is a lot of songs are used in deferent albums so don't want to copy song files more than once, I prefer/would like to "Hardlink" files and not duplicate to save space?
Now obviously I could manually create these from templates and fill in details, but when you are talking of 1000's of albums and artist this is not practical!
I cannot see any way to export data to be used in these files from the following software/website I have looked at?

Musicbrainz Picard
MP3tag
