Bad HEVC stuttering! 3080Ti - elementalwindx - 2025-10-11
Hello! I have a 12th gen i7 setup with a 3080ti on windows 11. With HEVC videos, the stuttering is very bad. I've tried viewing it in a brand new firestick, and on my pc and it stutters on both. I threw the log file into chatgpt and it said this (screenshot attached).
I have the windows install of jellyfin as a service. Not sure what it's talking about with the ffmpeg-jellyfin, as I don't see a way to set a path to that, and even though I've downloaded the new 7.1.2.2 portable and put it in Jellyfin\server\ffmpeg\.
Any idea what could possibly be the issue and fix?
