where is login info - kenkahn - 2025-10-12 I'm trying to log back into my Jellyfin server. I enter my saved user id and password but that doesn't work. I try to reset the PW but get the "try again within your home network" message (which I've yet to figure out how to do). I've tried to uninstall Jellyfin multiple times, which includes erasing all traces of any file/directory with the name jellyfin and including wiping any mention of Jellyfin in my registry. After reinstalling Jellyfin, I'm running into a problem where starting the server, instead of going through initialization and asking to create a user id and password, I'm taken to a panel that asks me to enter my existing user id and password. I thought I had wiped out all references to these so can anyone tell me what I'm missing? Where are these values kept? I tried the trick of setting the value of IsStartupWizardComplete in system.xml to false and reopening Jellyfin in my browser but I still get the previous panel asking me for my existing user id and password. What am I missing? having the problem that when trying to again within your hom Please try again within your home network" Please try again wddddithin your home network |
