Embedded Image Extractor - Dre - 2025-10-19

I've been unable to get "Embedded Image Extractor" to pull the cover.jpg that is embedded in all of my movies in my library. It used to do it about 2 years ago, then stopped after I updated it. I thought it was a bug that would be fixed in a future update, but it still won't extract the image to use as the primary cover art.

I've tried completely wiping my library and starting over with a fresh install to try to get it to work. I've tried the refresh metadata option to replace or have it extract the image manually, but nothing works. It's like the option is broken, but I couldn't find much or anyone talking about it being broken when i searched.

I do NOT want Jellyfin to fetch covers from any website, as I like to use my covers of choice that's already embeded in the movie. I've been manually adding the primary cover for each movie into Jellyfin, 1 by 1, but it's a tedious task now when it used to be automated.

Does anyone know how i can fix this or what i may be doing wrong?
