I've had frustrating issues getting my Lord of the Rings Extended Edition DVD rips to be properly detected...

Right now the three films (I merged disc1/2 for each film with MKVToolNix) have filenames of:

/Movies/The Lord of the Rings Collection/The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) - [Extended Edition] [tmdbid-120].mkv
/Movies/The Lord of the Rings Collection/The Lord of the Rings The Two Towers (2002) - [Extended Edition] [tmdbid-121].mkv
/Movies/The Lord of the Rings Collection/The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King (2003) - [Extended Edition] [tmdbid-122].mkv

This seems to get them detected (as does using their imdbid numbers) and auto-added to an appropriate collection, however the artwork is a mixed bag.

I've tried refreshing the metadata as well as re-identifying each film using various IDs, but the artwork is never quite consistent.
  1. Where is it pulling the artwork for films 2 & 3, and the collection from?
  2. Why isn't it using the same film poster style artwork for films 2 & 3 as it is for film 1?
  3. Have I even named the files correctly in the first place?
  4. How can I get everything to be consistent?
