Movie posters are collection of thumbs - pinn - 2025-10-24
Hi,for some but not all movies the poster is a collection of stills from the movie. The movies are all correctly tagged and identified so unsure why this keeps happening.

What does the log say?
If you try to edit images, does it give you options for the proper box art?
Are you sure the art exists for the movies you are having trouble with?
What happens if you go through identify and try to re match that item?

I can edit and download the apt image , sure.

It works but the issue is why is it not doing it itself

Do you have Screen Grabber too high on the list of image fetchers for your Movie library settings?

Looks like it's grabbing trickplays images, I've seen this pop up a few times, but have no clue what's going on. Do you have that option enabled? If so, do you have it saved next to media, and what's your folder structure and naming scheme?
