I have the same issue. Let me know if you get it sorted. I've been playing around for a while and can't find anything obvious to fix it.

Ran into that exact issue on late October 21, almost two days after I upgraded to v10.11.0. At the time, thought it was just me. This didn't seem fixable, and re-scanning the guide ate most current entries. As a result, I reverted the main Jellyfin server to v10.10.7 from a whole disk backup and left the test server on v10.11.0. The EPG is proper on v10.10.7. A bit of a mini-rant in an unrelated Github issue here.
Sis occasionally uses the main server to stream some Live TV, so the guide has to be accurate.
