1) How is internet quality determined? Recently, playbacks have been transcoding through the iOS app and the Jellyfin Media Player. After manually setting internet quality to manually, everything is direct playing again.
2) Is the internet quality setting global or app specific? After changing the user internet quality on one device, the settings does not appear to mirror on other devices.
