Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - millionsofplayers - 2023-10-17 Jellyfin is displaying seasons of One Piece incorrectly. For example, it thinks Season 15 is Punk Hazard arc when it's really Fishman Island arc. Here's some images of what i'm talking about (and my folder structure for the series) If the images aren't loading, let me know. RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - TheDreadPirate - 2023-10-17 One issue I see is that every episode is named "One Piece". If you want to keep [AnimeRG] in the file name, it is best if that is at the END of the file name. Having it at the beginning might be throwing off the file name parser. I also suspect there will be a conflict between your having season folders, but also using the absolute order in the file name, but then want the episodes grouped by their story arc. What metadata source are you using? TMDB provides the season order, absolute order (no seasons), and story arcs for many shows. If you "Edit Metadata" for the show there is a drop down to select which order to use from metadata source that support multiple orders (generic list of most common options, may not reflect all options available for some shows). I'm asking around how you would need to get Story Arc ordering working if you aren't able to figure it out with the above tips. RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - millionsofplayers - 2023-10-17 It worked fine with the same title on earlier seasons, i'll try switching metadata sources and see if that fixes it RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - Hornlesscow - 2023-10-17 are you using anilist or kitsu for metadata? i dont have onepiece but for dbz i put all the files in the main dbz folder(no seasons or arcs) and it sorted itself RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - millionsofplayers - 2023-10-17 didn't do anything so i'm gonna use sonarr to rename the files I'm using whatever the default is, the only non-default metadata provider I have is One Pace RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - Hornlesscow - 2023-10-17 (2023-10-17, 08:22 PM)millionsofplayers Wrote: didn't do anything so i'm gonna use sonarr to rename the files have you tried to identify using anilist or kitsu? try downloading the anime and fanart plugins and activiting them in your settings. the other metadata providers screwed up both dbz and zoids, anilist seems to work the best but kitsu works for most RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - millionsofplayers - 2023-10-17 For the series ID's (for anilist, kitsu and anidb) do I just copy the numbers in the URL or do i have to do something else Edit: i never enabled the indexers in settings, searching for one piece now RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - TheDreadPirate - 2023-10-17 (2023-10-17, 08:35 PM)millionsofplayers Wrote: For the series ID's (for anilist, kitsu and anidb) do I just copy the numbers in the URL or do i have to do something else Just use the alpha and/or numberic ID. This applies to all metadata providers. RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - millionsofplayers - 2023-10-17 I used the identify thing since I only needed the title and year for it, i've chosen the one from Kitsu and it's been loading for 5 minutes I'm looking at the logs and it's going through the one pace indexer too, should i stop it and disable the one pace indexer or should I just let it do it's thing RE: Jellyfin displaying wrong season titles for One Piece - TheDreadPirate - 2023-10-17 Let it do its thing. there are a lot of episodes. |
