Unable to Backup Jellyfin - staraptor78 - 2025-11-28
Last Thing I Did Before the Problem Happened:
So last night I copied a TV Show from my "downloads" share in Unraid to the "media/tvshows" share. I left it copying and went to sleep (can't really wait for 5 minutes because i was really sleepy). No power outages or anything, and if ever i missed one, my Unraid server is plugged to a UPS.
This morning, i came to check Jellyfin and saw that in the Docker, it was stopped and i was getting the "database disk image is malformed" in the logs. Searched everywhere and can't really find a working solution so, i went on a hail mary, stopped the array and restarted my unraid server. After the restart, Jellyfin was working again (bruh hahaha).
Main Problem:
This got me scared so i decided to run a backup in the dashboard but I'm getting the "An Unknown Error Occured" popup. I've pasted the log here, should only be the log timed at 8:27AM when i did the backup:

I've checked a few threads with the same "An Unknown Error Occured" and check their logs, but I don't see "An exception occurred while iterating over the results of a query for context type '"Jellyfin.Database.Implementations.JellyfinDbContext"'."" which may or may not be part/cause of my issue.
Device Details:
Jellyfin 10.11.3 running on Unraid/Docker (am i using the term right lol).
**Pretty new to Servers and Jellyfin but so far managed to fix a few issues via reddit and this forums. Now stuck with the above for now haha
