Hi Jellyfin-Forum,
I recently nuked my Jellyfin Install (or rather the whole System) on my TrueNAS Scale box running 25.04, but did a backup before on Version 10.11.2 of Jellyfin.
Now after some troubleshooting and Data Recovery i want to restore the Backup, but Truenas doesn't allow the Installation of old versions (as far as I know) so i need to restore the Backup to Jellyfin Version 10.11.4.
I moved the backup ZIP-File to the Path /mnt/.ix-apps/app_mounts/jellyfin/config/data/backups/filename (Thats the path a new backup created through the WebGui is created) but the WebGui doesn't detect the Backup. What am i doing wrong?

Was a permission issue on filesystem level. Managed to solve by running sudo chmod 777 filename on the truenas host
