New install will not start - TheAndrewGilbert - 2025-12-17

Hello all! 

I'm coming from Plex and started making a new server with new to me parts. After installation, I went to start the server and got the error "Could not start the Jellfin server process after the specified wait period. You can find the server Logs at: C:\ProgramData\Jellfin\server\log" However, no such folder or file name only "log" exists. 

What could have gone wrong?
I used jellfin_10.11.5_windows-x64.exe to install it.
The CPU is an Xeon X-2123, and I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
