Problem with library scanning - eltioAres - 2025-12-19
Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I'm adding hard drives to the library, the server crashes when I try to add the 20th drive. I try to scan the library, and it crashes; I have to open it manually. It seems to get overloaded with the number of drives. I've already tried deleting the library, but when it reaches a certain number, it crashes and the server closes, and this happens repeatedly. Any possible solutions? Thanks.

Apparently there are many that struggle with this type of faults lately, and most of them have solved their issues by setting "Parallel library scan tasks limit" to "1" in dashboard->general under Performance.
Try it and see how it goes.
