Resumed Videos Constant Buffering - B00mBeLL - 2023-10-27
Hello all!
I'm coming to you guys with very weird problem. I couldn't find something similar in other threads so that's why I create new.
So the problem is when I watch for example half of the video and I want back to it later, it's impossible to play it without problems
I mean when I resume video it buffering few seconds, start playing around 5 seconds and then repeats buffering. And it's repeats until video end.
Informations:
When I start video from beggining this problem not exist. Video working perfectly fine. Only it happens when I resume video.
It happen no matter codec of video is bcuz It happens the same in x265 and AV1.
Bitrates are not big. It's 1080p and bitrate around 4k to 6k. My internet connection can handle it properly.
Video is playing without transcoding cuz dashboard says my client is fully compatible. Client is android phone (Jellyfin app updated).
In the android app I'm using integrated player based on ExoPlayer.
Server is my PC with newest server app 10.8.9. PC have Intel i5-3470 and 16GB of RAM.
I dunno what I can tell more about it. If someone have suggestions please help me fix it. Cuz it's very frustrating problem.

Can you share your jellyfin logs with us? Redact any WAN IPs and upload your log to https://sourceb.in/.
