DLNA not showing items that show through client - ecourt - 2023-10-31 really strange, I installed Jellyfin on my server, made a few tweaks, had it up and running no issues. showing lots of movies and lots of shows. Left it running on my living room tv (through roku) all night for a burn-in test, and it was still running the next morning. Restarted the server, and first thing I noticed, the jellyfin logo is no longer showing on default DLNA app (roku, and another tv), when I do open it, it shows no shows or movies. this is where it gets strange, same TV, I access the server through the jellyfin app, and it works fine. DLNA is setup to use the same ID I used to log into the jellyfin app. setup is a windows 2019 server, running 4 X Processor Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2640 0 @ 2.50GHz, 2500 Mhz, 16gb ram firewall is completely disabled. running version 10.8.11 RE: DLNA not showing items that show through client - TheDreadPirate - 2023-10-31 Can you share your server logs with us? Remove any WAN IPs, if present, then upload to https://sourceb.in/. RE: DLNA not showing items that show through client - ecourt - 2023-10-31 I would have shared originally, but there's almost nothing in there.. I enabled dlna logging too, but that didn't really add much, so I had turned it back off, but I can enable again if needed. Did a service restart this morning, just to see if it helped. it did not, that is in this log. this is the only thing in the log I see that looks off. RE: DLNA not showing items that show through client - TheDreadPirate - 2023-10-31 Those warnings are related to changes in the jellyfin database in prep for future updates. They are normal and expected. Try another pastebin. RE: DLNA not showing items that show through client - ecourt - 2023-11-02 apparently my logs have too many naughty words in them, and that's why they can't be uploaded. episode names contain words like murder and die. |
