Collections don't have thumbnails - Caption2457 - 2023-11-03

Hello

I have enabled TMDb Box Sets Plugin and it creates collections automatically well. But the problem is that artwork isn't downloaded. When I go to a given collection -> Edit images -> Search, no image is found.

Movies artwork is working perfectly, I can also go to edit images and search and get more results.

Do you have any idea what the problem is?

I've been having the exact same problem for a few days. I use the TMDb Boxsets plugin. The collection is created correctly, the TMDb Ids are correct, but all artwork is missing.

Manual identification shows the collections found, but also without images.

Everything works perfectly for the normal movie library, including the movies within the collection.

It should use one of the images from what is in the collection. Can you share your logs with us?

Thank you for your answer!
Do you mean that an existing image from the individual films is used? I can not confirm that, the poster and backdrop from the tmdb collection entry was used instead. I've attached an example screenshot from my "Iron Man Collection", everything still worked here:

Collection

Both the poster and the backdrop are missing from the new created collections for about a week.

I can't see anything from the log, it just shows that a collection is being created:

Code:
[2023-11-02 00:23:09.884 +00:00] [INF] [131] Jellyfin.Plugin.TMDbBoxSets.TMDbBoxSetManager: Box Set for "Murder Mystery Filmreihe" ("929336") does not exist. Creating it now!

You can also cause the error manually: If you click on the three dots in the collection and then click on Identify, then enter "Iron Man", you get all the relevant collections (see attachment), but they no longer contain any images. That was also different until a week ago...

Interesting.  Happens with me too.  I installed the plugin and it only retrieved pics for 3 of them.  Nothing in the logs why the others don't have images.

Thank you for the replies! At least now I know, that the problem isn't me.

Maybe we can open an issue in GitHub?

Yes, I think it's a good idea. Can you do that?

Was this one ever resolved, I also have blank Collection folders. not sure what plugin would be needed, if I search identify it comes up also blank.
