Improving media server - Drake97 - 2023-11-06

Hello,
Can someone help me to configure the best way my server ? I feel that the playback of movies is not smooth plus I do not take or Dolby audio and the movie is not accepted, my server is a Dell Optiplex 3050 with:

- i5-7500
- 8GB ram DDR4
- SSD Nvme western digital 256gb
- HDD 2tb seagate barracuda  7200rpm (where are my movies)
- 1gb network card
- Ubuntu desktop 22.04.3 LTS

Where I play is a Google Chromecast Google TV 4k, a Samsung Ru7400 and I have 1gb symmetrical internet 1gb/1gb

I remain attentive and if you need more info let me know to provide it.

Make sure you've setup Ubuntu with all the required Intel drivers and then configured Jellyfin to use Intel Quick Sync for accelerated transcoding.
