Downmixing to stereo - Yock - 2023-11-13
Hello.
I have a Sony X90J Android TV connected to a Onkyo TX-8270 2.0 receiver.
My question is should i set Jellyfin to automatically downmix audio to stereo or is it automatically handled by the TV/receiver?

In most cases the TV or receiver should be capable of handling it independently. I would only enable it if you notice issues with multichannel audio sounding quiet or not playing all tracks.
