Jellyfin 10.8.12 Update Installation Error - JingAr87 - 2023-11-21
Hi, So I was trying to upgrade my JF server from 10.8.10 to 10.8.12, however on the first try, I ran into this error prompt

D:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server\BDInfo.dll
Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

Retrying doesn't help either, so I tried to ignore the first file error, other files still have the same error. Basically every file seems to have the same error. I then aborted the install and tried installing it again but this time it doesn't prompt as an upgrade anymore, it's showing up as if its a completely new install. What's causing this error and how can I fix it?

Alright it was my own stupidity that caused it to not install. Apparantly the server was still running despite the tray application not running, Now i have another dillema, and that is it appears my server data has been lost? I did make a copy of the jellyfin data folder but even after replacing it, the setup wizard still appears...
