App jellyfin-androidTV 0.15.11) on Fire TV Stick 4K does not connect - Ice - 2023-07-10

I have a Fire TV Stick 4K (1.-gen) connected to my TV.
The Jellyfin-App (0.15.11) is up an running with the jellyfin servers Stable Demo (10.8.10) and Unstable Demo (10.9.0).
My own Jellyfinserver has it's own public URL (like: jellyfin.My-Server.online) and runs like a charm, when accessed with the Fire TV Stick 4K Browser called Silk or from mobile iOS browser called Safari or Windows Notebook with Firefox or google-chrome. Even the iOS Jellyfin App is playing fine.
But the Jellyfin-App on Fire TV Stick 4K  shows an error: "SSL-Handshake failed".
How can I find out what the problem is with the Jellyfin app (jellyfin-androidTV 0.15.11) when all alternative attempts work fine?

Yes, I have already uninstalled the app several times and reloaded it from the Amazon store.

As I see is that only the App on Fire TV Stick 4K can play surroundsound audio and that is what i want.

Thank you for the hint:

There are interesting links.  The SSL-Server-Test provided Grade "A" for my configuration. The other two links are outdated I think but also too technical for my understandings. Possibly I have overseen something important.

The "SSL-Handshake failed" Error in the AndroidTV APP Jellyfin also means that the request(s) do not reach my local hosted Jellyfin server. Therefore, in my configuration with a Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnel, there is no chance to examine log entries on the jellyfin-server.

Are there any further suggestions?

I found the solution You have to go on SSL/TLS tab in your cloudflare dashboard then choose minimum TLS version to 1.2 (I was in 1.3)

Have you found a solution to this?

I have TLS 1.2 & 1.3 enabled so it's not like the chap above suggested for me.

I played around even longer and made all the sensible but also less comprehensible changes: one after the other.
I set up a second instance of jellyfin (version 10.8.10) on Docker desktop and took the first instance (10.9.0) out of service, the problem was still not fixed.
After I set up a second URL on Cloudflare for the tunnel (media.my-server.online), the jellyfin app works on Fire TV Stick 4K. The SSL handshake error did not show-up again.
The TLS version is configured 1.2 and also 1.3 and applies to all URL.

I'm not changing anything now for the time being and I'm (finally) taking care of the content.
