Cannot connect to server - jazzmunky - 2023-07-11
I keep getting cannot connect to server message. I know the person with the server and they say its fine their end and I also know other people can access fine. It's not letting me in on the mobile app or TV.
Not sure what to do.
I would appreciate any help.

What are you seeing on your end? Is the app indicating it can't find the server? Or that the connection was refused/failed?
If it is the former, check with the server owner that you are using the right URL and port, http vs https, etc. If the latter, the server owner would need to look in their logs to figure out why.
