Search Results Limited to 24 Items - tmickpoi - 2023-12-13
I am looking to move away from Plex to Jellyfin so I have been running Jellyfin in addition to Plex for a month or so. I have noticed that when I use search it only seems to show 24 results meaning that it frequently doesn't have what I am looking for in the results. I have a massive library so this means that more often than not what I am looking for doesn't show up in the search results.
I found a bug report on github from 2020 (https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web/issues/1752) that confirms the issue and I was wondering if anyone knew of a workaround or if this issue is being worked on. If not I will pretty much be forced to quit using Jellyfin as scrolling all the way to the content I want through 41,000 movies just isn't worth it.

Looking at the master branch, the search function was reworked. I see a 100 item default limit, which tells me you may be able to not have a limit.
This would be in a future version of Jellyfin. I'm assuming 10.9.
