Cant click on server - flowza - 2023-07-13
I am trying to help my friend set up a Jellyfin server but when ever I insert the correct URL it brings me to the attachment. When I press on the server ("undefined") it does not do anything. I have also tried pressing on "add server" and inserting my friend's ip with the correct port it loads for like 3 min and gives me a message box saying that it was unable to connect to host. Does anyone have a fix?

Is the screenshot from a web browser or from the desktop Jellyfin Media Player? If the former, the fact that you see that page suggests you are in the right place. If the latter, you will need to have your friend double check that they are giving you the right information. URL, http vs https, and port number.
