Cache in containers in /dev/shm? - ta19ta - 2023-12-18 Hello all! Is it okay to put the /cache directory for my docker compose jellyfin instance in /dev/shm or does it need to be persistent? Also, how big does the cache directory need to be? Keep up the good work! I love Jellyfin! RE: Cache in containers in /dev/shm? - TheDreadPirate - 2023-12-19 You can, but if it is on a SSD there is no benefit to putting your cache in ram disk. My cache directory is about 1.7G. |
